Most of our products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee (excluding wearing parts and individual exceptions for commercial use). The exact guarantee period can be found in the product details or you can find out from our customer service. Prochaska does not provide any further guarantee beyond the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Warranty processing & workshop
Our team in the Vienna 21 showroom will be happy to take care of your warranty issue and the specialist mechanics will get the device back in shape quickly. Most spare parts are in stock and are installed immediately. This means the device will be ready for use again in no time.

TORO WARRANTY NOTICE
For products intended for private use, Toro provides a limited commercial warranty for commercial use. Exceptions apply to hand-held professional mowers. In these cases, a limited commercial warranty of 12 months applies for commercial use. The affected models are marked accordingly on our website.
5-year or 1,200 – hour limited warranty for the GrandStand® and most Z Master® Series mowers (4-year or 400-hour limited warranty for the other Z Master models), with a 2-year professional engine warranty 2 and a limited lifetime frame warranty 3
2-Year Limited Warranty 2 for Mid-Size Walk Behind Lawn Mowers
One-year limited commercial warranty for 53 cm professional walk-behind mowers (2-year limited warranty for 53 cm professional models)
1-year limited warranty for batteries and attachments

2 Some engines used in Toro LCE products are warranted by the engine manufacturer.
3 Original purchaser only. Lifetime Frame Warranty: If the main frame, which consists of the welded parts that make up the tractor structure to which other components, including the engine, are attached, cracks or breaks under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty at no charge (excluding parts and labor). Frame failure due to misuse or non-current repairs required due to rust or corrosion is not covered.
